Kathleen’s is architecturally designed and no expense has been spared on this luxurious executive home with antique furniture throughout, artifacts collected from owners' world travels.
From the centre of the house, the formal dining and lounge rooms face magnificent valleys and distance views, open the doors onto the verandahs, sit and enjoy the views with your favourite drink surrounded by classic gardens and water features.2 wings separate this area, to the north side is the Master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, marble and glass ensuite and wooden shutters that open to the verandahs adjoining the huge pool.
To the east of this wing is the executive kitchen with granite and timber benches, European appliances, large island bench, filtered tank water for drinking, dining and al-fresco areas flow from inside to outdoors.
The south wing provides 2 private large double bedrooms separated by the main marble and glass bathroom and a separate fully equipped laundry.
Throughout the house are polished timber floors, 4 metre high ceilings and huge timber framed windows that capture every aspect of the views and gardens.

The Cedar Cottage
Byron Bay, Byron Bay Hinterland, 120 acres of valley & rainforest. Centrally located just 15 minutes to the center of Byron, 10 minutes to Bangalow and 8 minutes to Mullumbimby.
The a-frame Cottage overlooks an enchanting valley that inspired the children's book and movie "Fern Gully". Centrally located just 15 minutes to the center of Byron, 10 minutes to Bangalow and 8 minutes to Mullumbimby.
